Welcome to Nayya.app (the “App”), a cycle and mood tracking application provided by Nayya (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4.3 Nayya does not guarantee storage of Your Content except as required by law or as explicitly agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to Nayya or its licensors.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
8.2 Nayya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayya’s liability is limited to $100 USD for any damages arising from your use of the App, except in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nayya and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
